PPT Downloader says my link isn't valid
Copy the address of the presentation itself (it should begin with https://www.slideshare.net/). Profile pages, search results and short links won't work. If your link starts with m.slideshare.net, swap “m.” for “www.” and paste it again.
My slides aren't sharp
PPT Downloader always takes the biggest slide images available for a deck. When the original upload was low resolution, the file mirrors it — no tool can add detail the source doesn't contain.
The download takes too long
Presentations with 100+ slides can need up to a minute. Keep the tab open while the button shows its progress. If it still fails, refresh, fetch the slides again and retry on a steady connection.
What should a bug report include?
Four things: the SlideShare link, the format you picked (PDF or PPT), the exact message on screen, and your device plus browser. With those we can usually reproduce the issue right away.
